All parties sign Form 4 to agree on the bond split. If you can't agree, the RTA holds the bond until a dispute is resolved (QCAT can decide).

If your bond was lodged via Rental Bonds Online, submit your claim online. Otherwise email or post the completed form, or lodge it at any Service NSW centre.

A bond claim tells the RTBA how the bond should be repaid. Both parties sign, or you can claim online through the RTBA system once you've returned the keys.
